Fortnite – All FNCS Winners

If you are talking about the best players in Fortnite, a common factor in choosing them would be their tournament achievements. When it comes to tournaments, becoming an FNCS winner is considered to be the holy grail. It’s the highest level of competitive Fortnite, and winning means that you are the best player or team.

This article lists all FNCS winners so far. These players are among the best to ever touch the game, and their gear and settings often become a reference point for future generations of players.

Disclaimer: This list will only feature the International FNCS winners, unless there wasn’t an International event in that year.

2024 – Chapter 5 Global Championship

Winners: Peterbot (Peter Kata) & Pollo (Miguel Moreno)

Both Peterbot and pollo performed exceptionally throughout 2024; they decimated the competition and took win after win. Given their unbelievable performance, it wasn’t surprising that they would also win the 2024 FNCS Global Championship.

They blasted through the regional qualifiers, placing first in most of them. Placing at the top wasn’t enough for the duo as they also won many Duo Cash Cups during the 2024 season, amassing more winnings.

Even after their massively successful 2024, both players are going strong in 2025. Peterbot has won the Fortnite Champion Series Major 2: Chapter 6 Season 2 – Grand Finals along with Ritual and Cold, whereas Pollo placed 5th with his team.

2023 –  Chapter 4 Global Championship

Winners: Cooper (Cooper Smith) & Mero (Matthew Faitel)

Unlike 2024, which was mainly dominated by Peterbot and Pollo, 2023 was a very competitive season. The results were unpredictable, and no one knew who the FNCS champions would be.

Cooper and Mero clinched the Chapter 4 Global Championship in this highly competitive season, taking home 1 million dollars each.

The following year (2024) wasn’t a good season for the Duo as they didn’t perform that well. As such, the duo decided to split, and both of them are performing quite well in 2025. Cooper placed third in the Fortnite Champion Series Major 2: Chapter 6 Season 2 – Grand Finals along with Reet and Ccurly.

2022 – FNCS Invitational

Winners: Kami (Michał Kamiński) & Setty (Iwo Zając)

Kami and Setty are considered one of the best duos to ever compete in Fortnite, and this is because of their super successful 2022 and early 2023 season. Much like Peterbot and Pollo, they dominated the entire year, placing high in qualifiers, winning cash cups, and ending it all with the 2022 FNCS Invitation trophy.

They also won both Gamers 2022 and Gamers8 2023, taking home massive prize money. They also placed second in the 2023 FNCS, right behind Cooper and Mero, adding more to their tournament earnings.

The duo has struggled a bit in 2024 but is now performing decently in 2025.

2019 – The Fortnite World Cup and the First FNCS

The first FNCS took place in Season X in August of 2019. This was the start of the legendary competitive circuit. These are the first-ever FNCS champions in their respective regions.

Season X FNCS

  1. Europe: Aqua, Tschinken, and Stompy
  2. NA East: ZexRow, MackWood, and yung calculator
  3. NA West: Jayrosez, Dog, and Buubee
  4. Brazil: Leleo, Kurtz, and Wisheydp
  5. Asia: Takamura, RizArt, and Maufin
  6. Middle East: FHD, NM7, and Yonx
  7. Oceania: Hillo, Gancho, and Minkin

However, despite being the first FNCS, it wasn’t the largest event that year. The year 2019 was also the year the Fortnite World Cup was held. It was a record-breaking event and is still considered to be one of the biggest esports events ever held. While it’s not considered an FNCS, it’s still worth mentioning. The winners of the Fortnite World Cup are also considered champions.

Bugha took home 3 million dollars and is still sitting comfortably at the top of the prize money leaderboards.

Conclusion

While these champions have cemented their names as being the best in Fortnite, new talent continues to come. With ever-shifting meta in Fortnite, no team can keep winning every season. This is what makes Fortnite esports fun to watch, as the results aren’t always predictable. Sometimes you will have a competitive season like 2023, whereas sometimes a duo like Peterbot and Pollo just dominate the entire season.
