u can see, he is using hud_scale 1 or 0.95 for sure, and I can be sure that Radar hud size 1.0 and Radar hud zoom is 0.7.
He doesn’t change the monitor settings, you can see it is too bright and yellow on his monitor.

ProSettings, would you guys know what has been his most used mouses the past couple of years like from 2022 to his most recent being the Pulsar v3 eS?
he was using on pro scene those (maybe more) and its very likely that he tested many privately: razer deathaddev v3 pro,vaxee outset ax wired + wireless version, also zowie ec2cw,+ looking at some of his very old stream clips you could see that before 2021ish he was using xtrfy m4, overally its just that the mice hes using just fit his rare mouse grip and playstyle of smooth and steady aim meaning its not the best idea to just copy his settings and just focus on your game sense because thats what seems like hes focusing on, why? simply because if you have two players and one has aimbot and the other has wallhack, wallhack always wins, why focus on aim training rather than gamesense then?
answering your question though for the most of time he was using vaxee outset ax wired
he’s basically always using a ergo mouse with a similar shape to the ec2
