Cooper uses v-sync on his recent reload clip his fps was on 300FPS capped and Fortnite doesn’t offer that value
he doesn’t use v-sync he has it capped using nvidia control panel

Yes, it’s because of bottlenecks. For games like Fortnite on performance mode a gpu doesn’t do much unlike the cpu. Cooper is very smart and educated and knows that a 4090 has a huge bottleneck, therefore he chose the 4070 ti super. Sorry for the long explanation but the 4070 ti super has the best performance paired with the 9800x3d for Fortnite.

this feature is useless in fortnite.
it’s only for valorant or cs, where u need quick movement for counter strafing. in games like fortnite u need smooth movement. this feature would just mess up ur whole movement. same for rapid trigger. dont use it. u can try it for ur edit key but cooper for example doesnt even use it, me too. just set ur actuation point for all the keys 0.1-0.5mm and thats it.
