In this article, we’re looking at one of the most popular colors in the game. We’ll cover the best red knife/glove combos in CS2, ranging from budget-oriented combos all the way to the highest tiers.

How We Chose
Making a red combo, in essence, isn’t difficult. Combine a red knife with a red glove, and you’re done. However, there are other things to think about. The shade of red, for example, matters for a perfect match. In addition, the style of knife can also match the style of a glove.
For this article, we looked at some of the usual combos, but we also tried to venture off the beaten path every once in a while. The goal is for this list to provide you with plenty of inspiration to create your own combo, and we believe we’ve succeeded on that front.
We firmly believe that price doesn’t have to be an obstacle to creating a fantastic-looking combo. For that reason, budget and higher-tier combos will be shown at random.
Sport Gloves Scarlet Shamagh + Slaughter (Any Knife)
The Scarlet Shamagh gloves and Slaughter knives seem to be made for each other. The various shades of red on the sides and palm of the gloves pretty much perfectly match the reds and pinks on the Slaughter finish.
As a bonus, you can get knives with a pattern that’s similar to the pattern on the gloves for added ‘combo points’. These aren’t part of the rare patterns for Slaughter knives, so they shouldn’t cost you extra.
One thing we would recommend is going for a knife with a black handle. That then perfectly pairs with the blacks of the gloves, making for a combo that looks pretty much flawless.
Here, we’ve chosen the Survival Slaughter to keep the combo on the budget side of things, but you can go for pretty much any knife with a black handle.
Moto Gloves POW! + Talon Knife Slaughter
This combo is a bit more out there since the gloves don’t have red for their main color, but it works fantastically for a number of reasons.
First, there’s the fact that the beige of the Talon handle matches the beige of the gloves pretty much perfectly. Then, there’s an accent stripe running across the back of the gloves, which pairs up with the darker reds of the Slaughter pattern.
This results in a combo that isn’t just a simple ‘red + red’ pairing, but rather a more thought-out, considered combo.
As an added bonus, the POW! gloves look quite neutral when you’re holding weapons thanks to their beige and brown colors. So if your inventory has colors other than red, this is a great pair of gloves to go for.
Driver Gloves Brocade Crane + Gut Knife Doppler Ruby
A combo for those who want a super high-tier finish, but don’t want to pay the money for the high-tier knives.
Usually, the Gut Knife looks kind of awkward due to the wooden handle. Here, it’s a bonus. It matches the ‘ancient Asian art’ style of the gloves perfectly. You can practically imagine a beautiful old Asian wooden home with this kind of artwork on the wall.
In terms of colors, it also works beautifully. The handle of the knife is a good match for the orange-ish accents on the glove, and the ruby finish pairs well with the color on the fingers of the gloves.
A Doppler Ruby is one of the most desirable knives in the game, and being able to rock one in a budget-oriented combo that looks this good is quite rare, so if you’ve always wanted to try a Ruby knife, this is a great choice.
Specialist Gloves Crimson Web + Classic Knife Crimson Web (WW)
Yes, we know, pairing ‘Crimson Web’ with ‘Crimson Web’ isn’t exactly the sign of a genius. But this particular combo does do some things quite well that other Crimson Web combos don’t.
Obviously, the themes of both match perfectly. But if you go for a Well-Worn Classic Knife, the edges of the blade will have stripped off to reveal the classic wavy pattern underneath. This makes for a great match with the darker elements of the gloves, and the black handle finishes it off for a fantastic-looking budget combo.
You can also ‘dress up’ this combo by going for gloves and a knife with more full/centered web patterns. The more webs, the rarer (and thus, more expensive) the gloves/knife will be.
This combo will also get bonus points from the skin connoisseurs because of the fact that not many people know about the unique wear pattern that Well-Worn Classic Knives present. So if you want something a bit more niche, this is it.
Specialist Gloves Crimson Web + Vanilla Knife
If you’re looking for a combo that’s more subtle and less on the ‘shouty’ side of things, you could always consider pairing Crimson Web gloves with a Vanilla (meaning ‘unfinished’) knife.
The darker areas of the gloves will match the plain steel quite nicely, and the red accents obviously give the combo a nice pop of color.
This is a great combo for players who have a red-dominant loadout, but want a little bit of subtlety.
Specialist Gloves Crimson Web + Butterfly Knife Autotronic
If you ask us, the Autotronic knives are underrated. This finish doesn’t look great on every knife, but if you’re looking for a mid-tier red Butterfly loadout, this is a fantastic option, as Autotronic looks great on the Butterfly and it works extremely well with the gloves.
The red of the blade matches the reds on the gloves, for starters. But the greys/blacks of the handle also pair well with those same colors on the gloves.
As a finishing touch, the stitching in the gloves has pretty much the same color as the carbon fiber on the handle details of the knife, a detail that will come in as a nice surprise when the palms are showing when you’re fiddling with the knife (as we all do when rocking a Butterfly Knife).
All the details just work here, and this is a really nice combo as a result.
Sport Gloves Occult + Slaughter (Any Knife)
Going for a red combo (or loadout) doesn’t mean that red is the only color you should notice when you pull it out. If you’re looking for a combo that’s a bit more lively and pairs with more weapon skins, the Sport Gloves Occult can serve you well when combined with a Slaughter knife.
The Slaughter finish has a kind of ‘ritualistic’ vibe to it if you ask us, and that’s obviously a great match for the Occult style. The darker reds on the Slaughter finish also match the red velour of the gloves quite well. And, if you go for a knife with a black handle, that’s another match with the black accents on the glove.
In our example, we’ve chosen an M9 Slaughter to match the higher-tier vibes that these gloves give off, and we think it looks pretty fantastic.
Moto Gloves Blood Pressure + Shadow Daggers Crimson Web
This combo pairs two quite unpopular items with each other, but that does mean that it’s extremely budget-friendly.
The blacks and reds of these two items match perfectly, and both feel quite similar in the sense that they have modern elements (the carbon fiber on the gloves and the handles on the knives) mixed with reds and blacks.
The blood pressure pattern could also be seen as loose webbing, which is another matching element between these two items.
Specialist Gloves Crimson Kimono + Karambit Doppler Ruby
This combo is for the ballers who want everyone to know they’re a baller. This is one of the most expensive combos in the game, and it’ll no doubt drop plenty of jaws when you enter a lobby.
It’s not the most inventive combo, though. It’s the equivalent of buying a Rolex and a BMW once you’ve hit it big.
But the classics are the classics for a reason, and despite the fact that we feel like the Crimson Kimono gloves are quite overpriced for what you get, this is obviously a beautiful combo. The greys and blacks of the Karambit handle match the gloves extremely well. And, if you get a Crimson Kimono pattern with a lot of red, you’re also combining two particularly desirable variants. A red-heavy Kimono paired with a Ruby Doppler is about as high-end as red loadouts get.
Sport Gloves Bronze Morph + Bowie Knife Doppler Ruby
If you want to rock a (budget) Ruby combo that’s not the usual red-on-red combo and you’re a bit of a wild one, this is the combo for you.
Red and green sit directly across from each other on the color wheel, so they match in a kind of contrasting way. What’s more is that the gloves are called ‘Bronze Morph’ and the handle and pommel of the knife kind of look like brand-new bronze without patina.
The Bowie knife is also an excellent knife for this type of combo, if you ask us. The bright greens and reds aren’t exactly muted colors, so pairing it with a huge, ‘in-your-face’ type of knife works great.
This is perhaps the ‘shoutiest’ combo in this article, but if that’s what you’re after, you can’t go wrong with this one.
Sport Gloves Slingshot + Talon Knife Slaughter
The Slingshots are fan-favorite gloves that basically go with any red knife due to their no-frills and subtle design.
With that said, the Talon Slaughter is a particularly interesting knife to pair them with due to the fact that the beige Talon handle matches the beiges on the gloves extremely well.
If your budget is on the higher side, you could also always pair it with a Talon Knife Doppler Ruby, but that will really drive the price of this combo up by quite a bit.
Bloodhound Gloves Charred + Huntsman Knife Crimson Web
If you’re not that into shiny stuff and you want a more edgy-looking combo with darker hues, this is a great option.
As you can see in the image below, the red of the accent band on the gloves matches the red of the blade extremely well. The fact that this small band is the only piece of red on the gloves makes this pair a great choice for players who don’t have an entirely red inventory and want their gloves to work with their other skins as well.
Technically, you can pair these gloves with any Crimson Web knife, but we’ve chosen the Huntsman. Firstly because it’s a budget-oriented knife, and secondly because it’s got that same edgy design as the gloves, which completes the whole look.

Red is one of the most popular colors in CS2. As such, there are tons of red skins.
We could’ve added a lot more combos to this article, but we do believe that this covers the basics quite well. We have some of the usual suspects in here, but we also tried to think out of the box here and there, which hopefully sparks your creativity as well.
Obviously, you can mix and match. For some of our combos, we’ve chosen a specific knife, but if you’re on a budget, you can just go for a knife a few tiers lower. After all, this is meant to give you inspiration to find your own personal perfect combo.
If you ask us, the best combos usually aren’t the ones where both items simply share a color; they’re the ones where the handle, secondary colors, patterns, and overall style also work together. And we’ve got quite a few of those here.
