Today, NZXT has announced their new peripherals lineup. Dubbed the ‘Elite’ line, the brand has redesigned their keyboards, mice, microphones, and mousepads. They aim to offer high-performance peripherals with high-quality construction.
According to NZXT, ‘the new Elite lineup offers gamers of all levels enhanced performance and robust personalization options, all with a sleek aesthetic. This refreshed lineup includes a keyboard, mouse, microphone, and mousepad—each elevated with improved design and the latest in gaming technology. Together, they deliver a cohesive and high-quality gaming experience at an accessible price point.’
Function Elite MiniTKL
The Function Elite MiniTKL is a 75% (see: Keyboard Size Differences Explained) board and also NZXT’s first hall effect keyboard (see: Analog Switches in Keyboards Explained). It combines a sleek, clean design with NZXT’s own Magnetic Switches. These switches offer 40-point adjustable actuation. Furthermore, they allow the user to enable features such as Rapid Trigger (see: What is Rapid Trigger?) and Snap Overrides.
Additionally, the board features per-key RGB lighting as well as a 45-LED perimeter strip for better aesthetics. As far as acoustics go, NZXT has implemented a number of enthusiast-grade features such as a tape-modded PCB and case foam.
The Function Elite MiniTKL will retail for $199.99 at launch.
Lift Elite Wireless
NZXT’s first 4KHz (see: What Is Polling Rate?) wireless mouse weighs 57 grams and also comes with optical switches (see: Optical Mouse Switches vs Mechanical Mouse Switches). It has a battery life of 75 hours (at 1000Hz) and is fast-charging capable, charging up over 15 hours of battery life (at 1000Hz) in 15 minutes.
The mouse has a neutral ambidextrous shape so that it can be used by as many people as possible.
The Lift Elite Wireless’ launch price is set at $79.99.
Capsule Elite
The Capsule Elite is a USB condenser microphone meant for streaming, gaming, recording, and just chatting. It has a large 25mm condenser capsule, high sample rate, and DTS-powered software that’s meant to transmit clear and natural audio.
On the hardware side, the Capsule Elite comes with a mic stand. On the unit itself, there are knobs to control the volume and mute. There is also an indicator LED on the front.
The Capsule Elite retails for $89.99 at launch.
Zone Elite
The Zone Elite is a premium mousepad with a nano-knit cloth surface that’s meant to provide a smooth glide with a balance between speed and precision. The micro-cellular foam base provides comfort along with the low-profile stitched edges. With a Poron foam base (that’s 4mm thick), NZXT has gone for premium materials for this pad.
The Zone Elite retails for $29.99, $44.99, or $54.99 depending on size.
