Likely he’s using the TaoTronics TT-EP008 earphones. This is the only one with similar faceplate design with earhooks I can find, his earphones seems to have darker faceplace and maybe simpler cable with no inline DAC/AMP.

why mouse is 1000hz. I remember he use 4000hz .and why Niko also change to 1000hz .is it better ？
Lower polling rate = lower CPU usage = less drops
Also 1000hz is more than enough. 8k or 4k Hz is just a gimmick used by companies to advertise their products.
Even on slow motion cameras there is almost no difference.
