nope. Its a problem about prosettings in general. Whenever an artisan pad without its softness is mentioned admins put it to xsoft.

I dont know about zywoo but Niko changes his settings and gears frequently
saw Zywoo say in the latest ESL setup vid that he likes to go to 1024 because of how bad it looks so when he goes back to 1280×960 it looks better and he appreciates it more idk weird, as for NiKo that mfer just keeps changing shit constantly when he has a bad game or so
