What his grip?
If you mean his mouse grip he uses a “claw” grip when holding his mouse on his streams and YouTube channel. But regardless you should use what is most comfortable with you since Mouse size, Mouse pad size, Setup, etc. Play a role for all player’s postures and you should always do what works best with you.

We’re looking into NVIDIA Reflex but it’s still relatively new so it might take a while to gather all the necessary details.
Wardells polling rate is 500hz, confirmed in his tutorial video for Valorant posted yesterday.
