unlikely imo. hes been a longtime DA user. from essentials to dav3 faker to white and now black im assuming. also from another picture u dont see the blue led on light on the side https://www.hltv.org/gallery/view/198291 and the dongle resembles the razer 4k dongle than it does the square pulsar one

I have the xlite v3 and blue (depends on dpi) led is off when i am using the mouse. This is default setting.
